How we use the name
An independent comparison site operates at privateplatecompare.co.uk. The name DVLA appears here only to describe the official service, such as DVLA Personalised Registrations, a seller we compare, the £80 DVLA assignment fee, and the V750 and V778 DVLA forms.
We keep the DVLA name and every DVLA logo out of our own branding, and you should not conclude from anything here that DVLA approves us, our prices or any dealer in our listings.
DVLA Personalised Registrations
On our site, prices from DVLA Personalised Registrations, which sells registrations directly, sit next to dealer prices for that same plate. Only its all-in price sets where it ranks in the order, and we treat it like any other seller. Take a look at how our price checks work.

DVLA personalised registration auction results are public data. Any results we publish carry an attribution to dvlaauction.co.uk. Their presence here is not a sign that DVLA endorses this site or any price we list.
